Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Items must have all original tags attached and be accompanied by the original receipt or packing slip.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in the original packaging or a sturdy mailing box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized UPS or FedEx location, depending on your specific label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
